ML Tavern is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. ML Tavern collects information from our guests at several different points on our website, including reservations, online orders, and newsletter sign-ups.

Guest Club Registration

To join our Guest Club, a user is required to provide contact information such as their name and email address. This information is used to send updates, exclusive offers, and event announcements from ML Tavern. It is optional for users to provide additional demographic information, but encouraged so we can offer a more personalized dining experience.

Online Orders

When placing a takeout or catering order through our online ordering system, users must provide contact information (such as name and phone number) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used solely for billing and order fulfillment purposes. If there is a problem processing your order, your contact information may be used to reach you. Our online ordering is administered via SkyTab. Gift card purchases are processed via Hyde Park Restaurant Group's gift card portal. We do not wish to send communications to anyone who has not opted in.
